Billings, MT : Charley Herman Loomer, 27, died in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 94 near Fallon on Wednesday, February 3, 2016
A man who was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Fallon in eastern Montana has been identified as 27-year-old Charley Herman Loomer.
The Billings Gazette reports Loomer was driving west on Interstate 94 on Wednesday morning when he veered off the road and hit a guardrail, causing the vehicle to flip onto its roof. He died at the scene.
Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Benjamin Kecskes says drugs and alcohol do not appear to have played a role. Windblown snow was on the highway, but it does not appear to have been a factor in the crash.
Loomer was living near Sidney before his death but frequently moved around eastern Montana.
