Columbus, OH : One person in critical condition after north Columbus crash on Monday, March 21, 2016

Karl Road is closed between Morse Road and Northland Park Avenue due to a serious crash.

The crash happened shortly after 6 a.m. Monday.

According to Columbus police, the white SUV was traveling on north on Karl Road when the driver lost control. She went through a bus stop shelter in along Karl Road before flipping and landing in the parking lot of the Ohio Department of Taxation.

A woman was taken to Riverside Methodist Hospital in critical condition.

The Columbus Police accident investigation unit is now investigating.
