Watseka, IL : 38-year-old man killed in a crash on Interstate 57 in Iroquois County early Monday, June 27, 2016

A 38-year-old Watseka man was killed in a crash early Monday on Interstate 57 in Iroquois County.

State police say Claude B. Tiffany was driving a 1992 Honda Accord onto I-57 from the northbound entrance ramp at milepost 302, near the Iroquois-Kankakee County line, at 5:30 a.m. Monday.

The car then abruptly turned left, apparently to make a U-turn, and was hit on the driver's side by a Chrysler Town & Country driven by Garey Lee Daniels II, 38, of Park Forest.

Mr. Tiffany was pronounced dead at the scene by the Iroquois County coroner's office.
