I-5 near Highway 58 slowed due to accident, holiday travel

Traffic is slowed on the southbound I-5, starting south of Highway 58 due to a rollover, according to California Highway Patrol.There was a person who sustained major injury, CHP reports said.

One vehicle rolled over into a field on the ride side of the southbound Interstate 5. Medi-evac was dispatched and caused the temporary closure of southbound lanes, according to CHP reports.A white Toyota Corolla rear-ended a silver Dodge Durango into the center divider in the same area, reports said.
