Evansville ,IN : Two injured after SUV, motorcycle collide on Saturday Morning,July 11th 2015

Two people were injured after a SUV collided with a motorcycle on Saturday morning.

It happened around 11:45 a.m. on Lincoln Avenue, just east of Highway 41.

Police say it appears the driver of the SUV failed to see the motorcycle and the two vehicles collided.

Officers tell us two people on the motorcycle were transported to St. Mary’s Hospital with serious injuries.

Two people in the SUV were not hurt.

Lincoln Avenue was closed in both directions while police reconstructed the accident scene.
