TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, AL : Hoover woman killed in head-on car crash on Sunday, 24th March 2024

A Hoover woman is dead after a head-on car crash over the weekend.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), Quinita Banks, 42, was driving a 2004 Honda Accord when she collided head-on with another vehicle at 8:07 p.m. on Sunday. The crash occurred on Interstate 59 near the 72-mile marker, approximately one mile south of Tuscaloosa.
