Lorain, OH : Woman sent to hospital after minor Lorain crash on Friday, 26th April 2019

A woman was hospitalized April 26 after a minor crash on West 21st Street in Lorain.

Police said the woman was traveling west around 11 a.m. on West 21st Street in a silver Toyota when she ran the red light at Broadway and was struck by a red Ford traveling south on Broadway.

The woman, who police could not identify, appeared to be in her early 20s.

She suffered minor injuries and was transported from the scene by Lifecare, police said.The driver of the Ford, a 78-year-old Lorain man, was not injured and was given a ride home by the police.
