Ventura,CA : Officials release names of 3 killed in PCH crash on July, Friday 7th 2017

The Ventura County Medical Examiner's Office on Friday released the names of three people killed in a head-on collision this week on Pacific Coast Highway just south of Mugu Rock.

Scott Hart, 38, was identified as the sole occupant of a Mercedes traveling south on the highway when it veered into the opposing lane at about 8:20 p.m. Wednesday and collided with a northbound sport utility vehicle, said Brian Applegate, a medical examiner's investigator. Hart was from the Culver City area but had been staying in Oxnard, Applegate said.

Hart was killed in the crash between Point Mugu and Malibu, as were two adults in the front of the SUV, who were identified by Applegate as Autumn Cooper, 63, and Daniel Cooper, 81, a couple from Evergreen, Colorado.
