TAMPA, NE : A fatal hit and run crash on Sunday, August 20, 2017

Police are investigating a fatal hit and run crash early Sunday morning on Nebraska Avenue.

A car struck a pedestrian near 23rd Avenue, according to the Tampa Police Department, and the pedestrian died at the scene.

Nebraska Avenue is closed from East Floribraska Avenue to East 24th Avenue in both directions, the agency reported.
