Willoughby Hill, OH : Driver injured after debris falls from Chardon Road bridge, crashes through windshield on Saturday morning, October 11, 2014

Willoughby Hills Police confirm a chunk of the Chardon Road bridge fell this morning and struck a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries when the debris crashed into the front windshield. According to Willoughby Hill Police , the incident happened around 12:45 p.m. in the southbound lane of I-271 in the local lane. The driver of vehicle suffered minor injuries but refused treatment on scene. No word on immediate repairs.
