One person is dead after a crash on Highway 6 Wednesday in Atlantic, Iowa.Authorities say a semi and a car collided around 6:30 Wednesday night at the intersection of Highway 6 and 10th Street. Investigators say Kenneth Beymer, 82, was driving west on 10th Street and approached a stop sign at Highway 6. Authorities say Beymer then failed to yield and turned into the path of a northbound semi. The semi slammed into the side of Beymer's car. He died at the scene. His passenger, Connie Beymer, 55, went to Cass Memorial Hospital. Authorities have not updated her condition. The driver of the semi was not hurt. Source : One dead after crash in Atlantic, Iowa
