YORK COUNTY, SC : One person died when SUV flipped on Thursday morning July 24th 2014

One person was killed after a vehicle ran off the road and flipped in York County on Thursday.

The wreck happened around 7:15 a.m. on Dr. Nichols Road, which runs between Woods and Paraham Roads, in York.

Officials said that a 1192 Chevy SUV ran off the left side of the road and flipped. They said the driver was ejected from the vehicle and killed.

The driver's name has not been released.

Police have not said if anyone else was injured in the accident, or if any charges are being filed.
