Monroe City, MO : Man injured in Marion County crash on Sunday morning, July 31, 2016

A Monroe City man was injured in a Sunday morning crash in Marion County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 2012 Polaris Razor 800S driven by Gregory Beaver, 43, of Monroe City, attempted to travel up a steep rocky hill on County Road 217, three miles north of Monroe City, at 1:30 a.m. The off-road vehicle overturned and the driver was ejected.

Beaver was taken by Monroe City Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital with serious injuries.
