Fort Myers, FL : 25-year-old dies, Two others injured in Lehigh Acres crash on Tuesday afternoon, June 14, 2016

A 25-year-old Lehigh Acres man died after a crash Tuesday afternoon. Two others were injured.

Lewis Joy, a motorcyclist, was eastbound on the inside lane of Joel Boulevard traveling over the speed limit, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Walter and Dolores Curll, 87 and 85 years old respectively, were making a left turn onto Joel Boulevard from Joel Way when Joy struck the rear of their 2012 Mitsubishi Galant.

The Curlls were transported to Lehigh Regional Hospital in serious condition.

Joy was thrown from the motorcycle and died on scene.

Joel Boulevard remained closed as FHP investigated.
