ROANOKE, VA : Man hospitalized after pedestrian crash on Peters Creek on Saturday, 4th May 2024

The Roanoke Police Department reports a man was taken to the hospital after a pedestrian crash on Peters Creek Road on Saturday, May 5.

Although details remain limited on the crash, RPD says the crash happened on the 900 block of Peters Creek Road at around 10:30 p.m. As a result of the crash, officers closed southbound Peters Creek Road from Melrose Ave NW to Salem Turnpike.

The road has since been reopened.
