Rochester, N.H : Two men injured after a two-vehicle crash in Rochester early Friday morning, November 11, 2016
Two people were transported to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash early Friday morning.
Rochester police, fire and Frisbie EMS crews responded to a two-vehicle crash on Farmington Road on the Route 16 overpass at 6:03 a.m. Friday.
According to a statement released by the Rochester Police Department, a silver 2011 Toyota Tacoma operated by William Poirier, 27, of Rochester, was traveling westbound. A black 2006 Nissan Frontier was being operated by Kerry Tuttle, 57, of East Rochester, had just exited Route 16 southbound at Exit 15 traveling toward Farmington Road. When Tuttle went to turn left at the top of the off ramp on Farmington Road, Poirier’s vehicle collided with Tuttle’s vehicle at the intersection, according to police.
Both were transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester for non-life threatening injuries. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage and were towed from the scene.
Poirier was charged with failure to obey traffic control devices, according to police.
