Police news for March 21: Arrests in Wayland

Police arrested a Framingham man after they pulled him over on Old Connecticut Path on Tuesday at 9:39 p.m. Serge Kochergin, 48, of 16 Cunningham Drive, was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, driving to endanger and having an open container of alcohol while driving, police said.
