STAFFORD COUNTY, VA : Driver arrested after high-speed chase on I-95 in Stafford County on Monday, 6th November 2023

Authorities say a woman in Stafford County was on drugs when she led deputies on a high-speed chase on Interstate 95 on Monday afternoon. Investigators say 30-year-old Shannon Beck is being held without bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Stafford Co. deputy M.A. Holub was driving northbound on I-95 near Warrenton Road in his cruiser when a Nissan Rogue sped past him on the shoulder. The deputy activated his lights and sirens, but Beck did not stop. She instead sped up to over 118 mph and weaved through traffic.
