KANSAS CITY, MO : Ariel, girl hurt in Britt Reid crash on Monday, 15th February 2021

Ariel, the 5-year-old-girl hurt in a crash involving former Chiefs employee Britt Reid, woke up late Monday night, according to family.

Tiffany Verhulst posted the update on the GoFundMe page started for Ariel's medical expenses. Earlier in the day, Verhulst wrote that Ariel remained in a coma and the family wasn't sure "when she may come out of it."
