Tuscumbia,AL : Colbert man killed in motorcycle crash on May,Saturday 26th 2018

A Colbert County man was killed Saturday night in a one-vehicle crash.

Officials with the Quad-Cities State Troopers Post said Joshua Alan Wade McCollum, 31, Blue Road, Tuscumbia, died from injuries sustained in the crash.

Reports indicate McCollum was riding a motorcycle when he lost control, went off the road and struck a ditch.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident happened at 10:03 p.m. off of U.S. 43 on Blue Road.

The accident remains under investigation by the Quad-Cities State Troopers Post.
