Marion County, FL : Firefighters respond to two-car crash in Marion County on Saturday, 15th September 2018

A two-vehicle crash occurred Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Speedway and Hoult roads just outside the Fairmont city limits in Marion County.

A Marion County deputy sheriff at the scene said one person was transported by the Marion County Rescue Squad to an area hospital as a precaution.

The two vehicles, a Ford Focus and a Kia Forte, came to rest facing each other in the intersection. No other information was available.

Winfield District Volunteer Fire Department firefighters responded to the scene.
