New York, NY : Pedestrian killed in the Bronx Wednesday, December 17, 2014
Police say a pedestrian has been killed while crossing a street in the Bronx.
The NYPD says 56-year-old Denise Lippin of the Bronx was struck shortly before 8 p.m. Wednesday while crossing Bruckner Boulevard at East 138th Street. She was pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital.
The driver stopped after the collision. Police say no criminality is suspected at this time.
