Fairfield, CA : Two people injured after a two-car crash at Great Jones and Texas streets on Monday, May 2, 2016

A two-car crash Monday at Great Jones and Texas streets left two people injured when two vehicles collided in the intersection.

Names of the two who were injured and the circumstances that led to the crash were not available Monday afternoon. The incident left one person down near the center of the intersection.

The crash was reported to police at 1:29 p.m. and temporarily blocked traffic at the downtown Fairfield intersection.
