A Montoursville area man faces charges stemming from a two-vehicle crash that occurred near his home on the morning of March 2, according to state police.
Motorist Jason John Wilson, who turned 42 on Monday, has been charged with felony accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed and four summary violations, including driving without a license.
Wilson, of 4224 Route 87, was heading home from work when his northbound Hyundai Sante Fe crossed the center line and struck a southbound SUV driven by Allison B. Langrebe, a quarter mile north of Carey Hill Road, in Upper Fairfield Township about 7:30 a.m.
Wilson was taken to UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Regional Medical Center while Langrebe, no address listed, was hospitalized at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, with serious injuries that included multiple broken bones in her legs and arms, police said. She has since been discharged.
Following his arraignment, Wilson was released on $5,000 bail.
