Bremerton, WA : Motorcyclist injured after he hit a car that pulled in front of him on Highway 303 near McWilliams Road on Sunday morning, Sep 20, 2015

A motorcyclist was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle late Sunday morning after he hit a car that pulled in front of him on Highway 303.

At about 10:30 a.m., a 25-year-old Bremerton man was riding a 2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide north near McWilliams Road. A 25-year-old Bremerton woman was on the back, according to the state patrol.

A 71-year-old Bremerton woman in a 2006 Kia Sedona pulled out in front of the motorcycle from Walgreens. The motorcycle struck the van in the rear, and both riders were thrown from the bike.

The man was flown to Harborview with serious injuries. Neither woman was injured.

Though charges are pending, the van driver might be charged with failure to yield, according to the state patrol.
