ENID, OK : 29-year-old man faces drug, assault, eluding charges after chase, crash on Thursday, 18th October 2018
A 29-year-old Enid man was arraigned Thursday on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges after authorities said he led a Garfield County deputy on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle, which he crashed into the deputy's vehicle.
Jace Lee McKittrick was arraigned on felony charges of trafficking in illegal drugs, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, eluding a police officer, unauthorized use of vehicle and acquiring drug proceeds. He also was arraigned on misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to keep right and failure to display headlights when required.
McKittrick's bond was set at $200,000 and he was ordered to return to court Nov. 9 for a bond appearance.
