Tuscaloosa, AL : Motorcyclist dies in head-on wreck Sunday September 11 2016

Alabama state troopers say a motorcyclist is dead after a head-on crash near Prattville.

Al.com reports 32-year-old Joseph Earl Wesson was killed early Sunday when his Triumph motorcycle collided with a Ford Ranger Truck.

Cpl. Jess Thornton of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says the crash happened at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 82. The driver of the truck was not injured.

Thornton says state troopers are investigating the cause of the crash.
