Albuquerque, N.M : One person has died in crash at San Mateo and Lomas NE. early Monday, May 2, 2016

One person has died following an early-morning crash at San Mateo and Lomas NE. The intersection was closed for a time, but has been re-opened for the morning commute.

Police say two vehicles were involved in the crash, and one person left the scene. Officers say they believe alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.
