Fort Myers, FL : Driver dead in a single vehicle crash on northbound I-75 at mile marker 134 on Friday, September 26, 2014

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal, single-vehicle crash on northbound I-75 at mile marker 134 that happened around 8:07 am on Friday. According to a report, the victim's name is not being released yet because the next of kin has not yet been notified. The vehicle was a 2012 BMW, which for unknown reasons exited the roadway and traveled in a northeast direction on the east shoulder.
