NASHVILLE, TN : 25-year-old critically injured in South Nashville crash on Haywood Lane near Locustwood Drive on Sunday, 10th February 2019

A person was critically injured in a head-on crash in South Nashville Sunday night.

The crash happened around 10:45 p.m. on Haywood Lane near Locustwood Drive.

Metro police reported a white Toyota Camry and black Dodge Charger were involved in the crash and someone inside the Camry was critically injured.

The 25-year-old was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

The roadway was closed while Metro police’s fatal crash reconstruction team investigated.

No additional information was immediately released.
