Kansas City ,MO : Stolen car crashes into Kansas City home and suspect taken to hospital with injuries lost control of the stolen car on Sunday Evening ,April 5th 2015

A police chase after a car thief ended early Sunday evening when the man lost control of the stolen car and crashed it into a home.

Kansas City, Mo., police were dispatched at 5:30 p.m. Sunday to Hardesty Avenue between 20th and 21st Streets on a call about a car being stuck in a home.

Police say the suspect stole the car, lost control of it and crashed into the home after fleeing from police.

The thief was taken to the hospital. He will be arrested after he receives medical treatment.

No one else was injured. The crash caused significant damage to the side of the house.
