MIDDLETOWN, CT : Mother dies, 3-year-old hospitalized from crash on South Main Street in Middletown on Monday, 11th December 2023

A New Britain woman died and her 3-year-old son was taken to a hospital following a crash on South Main Street in Middletown.

Police identified the victim as 23-year-old Lindsey Pelletier.

They said the crash happened Monday around 7:46 p.m. near Round Hill Road.

Officers determined that a black sedan’s driver traveled north on South Main Street had struck the rear of a tow truck, the driver of which traveled north.
