Oil City, PA : A motorcycle crash in Pleasantville on Thursday, 21st June 2018

A man from the Netherlands was transported to UPMC Northwest with suspected minor injuries after a motorcycle crash in Pleasantville on Thursday afternoon.

Franklin state police said the crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. as Alfred Zwerus, 56, was riding west on Route 227. As he approached a turn in the road, Zwerus was distracted by scenery and didn't realize a group of fellow riders were stopped in the roadway, police said.
