Mammoth Road was closed Sunday after authorities responded to a rollover crash Sunday morning, according to a news release.The crash occurred near Mammoth and Smith Lane. Officials said off-duty Battalion Chief Mike McQuillen found the crash on his way to work. He found a car on its roof, a broken utility pole, utility wires in the roadway and an injured driver.
McQuillen provided first-aid to the driver until crews arrived, the release indicated. An ambulance took the driver to Elliot Hospital.Officials said they expect Mammoth Road to be reopened Monday morning.
