Allentown, PA : Allentown man identified as victim in Berks County wreck on February, Wednesday 14th 2018

The man killed Wednesday morning when he collided the stolen car he was driving head-on with a dump truck was a 19-year-old from Allentown, state police at Reading said.

Kelvin Baez was pronounced dead at the scene of the 6:45 a.m. crash on Huffs Church Road in District Township, Berks County, police said.
