Manchester, N.H : Man seriously injured after a crash near the Amoskeag Rotary on Thursday, March 31, 2016

One person was hospitalized after a crash near the Amoskeag Rotary around 11 p.m. Thursday.

The area between Goffstown Road and Coolidge Avenue was closed after the crash. By 8:25 a.m., the eastbound side of the road had reopened, and the road was fully open by noon.

Police said a vehicle overturned and the driver, a 46-year-old Manchester man, was taken to Catholic Medical Center with serious injuries. He was later taken to a Boston hospital.

Police said a preliminary investigation indicates that a dark-colored pickup truck might have been involved in the crash but left the scene before police arrived.
