Orlando, FL : 15-year-old killed, Driver arrested on DUI charge in crash at State Road 535 and Meadowcreek Drive Saturday, May 7, 2016

A driver was arrested on a drug-related DUI charge after troopers say he caused a four-vehicle pileup that killed a 15-year-old boy near Disney Springs dining and shopping complex Saturday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Carlos Cintron Torres, 24, was driving a four-door Toyota northbound on State Road 535 about 8:45 a.m., highway-patrol Sgt. Kim Montes said.

As he approached a stoplight at Meadow Creek Drive, he didn't slow down and plowed into vehicles stopped at the light, Montes said.

His vehicle hit the back of a Toyota with one occupant and a Nissan with four people inside, records show.
