At least one person was taken to the hospital after a crash on Highway 118 in Simi Valley Wednesday, officials said. California Highway Patrol reported the crash at 5:05 p.m. on westbound Highway 118 near Tapo Canyon Road. The Ventura County Fire Department also responded to the collision.
