Orange City,FL : 14-year-old girl killed by driver in Orange City on August, Tuesday 1st 2017

A 14-year-old girl was struck and killed by a driver with a suspended license early Tuesday morning, according to the Orange City Police Department.

Name of teenager has not been released

Police arrived at U.S. Highway 17-92, just south of Enterprise Road, at about 2:10 a.m. to find a teenager on the road. Police determined she was hit by a vehicle, and rescue personnel pronounced her dead, according to Lt. Jason Sampsell in a news release.

Danielle Briene T. Llewellyn of Orange City was identified by investigators as the teen killed in the crash.
