OCEANSIDE, NY : At least 2 injured after car crashes into LI homes on Wednesday, 21st June 2023

At least two people were injured after a car crashed into two Long Island homes.

Officials say the crash happened on Harvey Avenue just before 11 p.m. Wednesday.

The driver of a Mercedes Benz lost control of the car and hit a utility pole before colliding with two homes, authorities said.

No one in those homes was injured, but both residences had significant structural damage.

Officials say the driver of the car and a 37-year-old female passenger were removed from the car and taken to the hospital.
