Gainesville, FL: Two drivers Injured in a Fatal Crash in Wallace Humphrey on Saturday Night, 15th November

Two drivers were hospitalized with serious injuries Friday night in Gilchrist County when one made a left turn in front of the other, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Taken to UF Health Shands Hospital was Susan Ann Kisielewski, 59, of Bell. Taken to Lake City Medical Center was Wallace Humphrey, 63, of Madison. The accident happened about 7:40 p.m. at county roads 340 and 341, FHP reported in a press release. Kisielewski was westbound on CR 340 driving a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer while Humphrey was eastbound driving a 2001 Dodge Ram. FHP reported that Kisielewski made a left turn in front of Humphrey. The right front of her car hit the front of Humphrey’s pickup. Neither was wearing a seatbelt.
