SALT LAKE CITY, UT : Dashcam footage released of recent wrong-way crashes hours before latest fatal incident on Wednesday, 13th December 2023

The Utah Highway Patrol has responded to at least three crashes involving a wrong-way driver in less than a week's time, according to the Utah Department of Public Safety.

The third happened late Wednesday night in Parleys Canyon, leaving the wrong-way driver dead and two other drivers injured.

Wednesday's crash happened on the heels of UHP releasing dash cam footage from two separate wrong-way crashes that happened just days before: A Saturday incident involving a person fleeing troopers on I-15 in Weber County, and a Sunday incident on Highway 40 in Summit County that left a UHP trooper injured.
