Barron County, WI : Iowa woman dies in Barron County crash on Friday, 10th August 2018

According to Barron County authorities, Stone was traveling west on 26th Avenue when she failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with U.S. 53. Her vehicle collided with a vehicle northbound on U.S. 53 driven by Phillip Block, 37, of Illinois. The Block vehicle also had three passengers, ages 36, 6 and 4.

All five victims were taken to Lakeview Medical Center in Rice Lake. Stone was transferred to Mayo while the other four were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
