Grant ,FL : 17-year-old Kristen Marie Conn killed after head-on collision on Friday night ,August ,7th 2015

Authorities say a teenager from Grant has been killed in a head-on car crash.

WHNT-TV reports that the wreck happened late Friday night on Cathedral Cavern Parkway, about three miles south of Grant.

State troopers say 17-year-old Kristen Marie Conn was killed when her 1996 Honda collided head-on with a 2008 Dodge. Conn was pronounced dead on the scene.

The driver of the 2008 Dodge was taken to a hospital for treatment.
