SELAH, WA : Selah man injured in hit-and-run crash on Thursday, January, 11th 2018

Washington State Patrol troopers were investigating a hit-and-run crash that injured a 59-year-old Selah man Thursday night.

Rodney L. French was driving south around 9:30 p.m. on State Route 823 at the Golf Course Loop a half-mile south of Selah when his 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis was hit by another southbound vehicle, according to a State Patrol news release.

Authorities said the other vehicle drove away.

French was taken to Virginia Mason Memorial hospital in Yakima, where his condition was not immediately available.
