MOULTON, AL : Decatur man killed in Moulton accident on Tuesday, 9th April 2024

A Decatur man was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident in Moulton on Tuesday.

Police said the incident happened near the area of Alabama Highway 157 and Pickens Avenue around 8 p.m.

Officers identified the pedestrian struck as 75-year-old Jerry Wayne Sanders. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sanders had been a tenant at the Relax Inn in Moulton.
