Manchester, ME : One person involved in two high speed crash Route 202 in Manchester on Thursday February 5 2016

Maine State Police said they are looking for a man involved in two-high speed chases who later crashed into a tree.
Officials said Steven Black, 28, was driving above 100 mph on Route 202 in Manchester on Thursday night. A state trooper attempted to pull Black over, but was unsuccessful.
A Winthrop police officer then attempted to stop the car along Routes 202 and 135, but was unsuccessful.
Later in the night, troopers found Black’s Pontiac Grand Am. It had crashed into a tree near the West Gardiner line in Manchester, police said.
Troopers said that with the help of a police dog, they followed tracks on the ice of Cobbossee Lake for more than 5 miles.
Black is wanted on charges of operating after suspension of a driver’s license, eluding a police officer and driving to endanger.
He is a known transient who lives in the Augusta area, police said.
