The North Charleston Police Department says Rivers Avenue has been reopened after a wrong-way crash Monday morning.
Deputy Chief Scott Deckard says information at the scene revealed one of the vehicles was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Rivers when the collisions occurred.
