86-year-old Cadillac driver involved in Damascus parade crash identified

Deward Blevins, 86, is loaded into an ambulance after he crashed his 1997 Cadillac into a crowd of approximately 1,000 people at the Trail Days Hiker Parade in Damascus on Saturday. Chief of Police Bill Nunley says no criminal charges will be pursued against Blevins.
