LEOMINSTER, MA : Man killed in one-car crash on Wachusett Street in Leominster on February, Wednesday 14th 2018

One person was killed early Wednesday when the car he was driving went off the road on Wachusett Street near Peterson Street.
Timothy J. Connolly, spokesman for Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr., said the man was pronounced dead at the scene. He said initial investigation revealed that the Nissan the man was driving apparently failed to negotiate the bend at Peterson Street and went off into a ditch around 2:20 a.m.
Mr. Connolly did not identify the victim. He said the crash remains under investigation by Leominster police.
